GUIDELINES AND HOUSE RULES

RESERVATION PROCEDURES
Guests can initially pencil in their desired dates through our sales representative. To confirm your booking, you must pay at least a 50% deposit within the reservation period, which lasts only three (3) days. Early bookings must be fully paid at least 1 month before their arrival. Last-minute bookings must be fully paid at least a week before their arrival.

CANCELLATIONS
Kindly refer to applicable charges in the event of cancellation on regular and Festive season. ​
No cancellation charges to apply if a written notice is received for at least thirty-one (31) days before arrival.
A non-refundable of 100% of the total booking will be applied if cancellation is made 0-30 days before arrival.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME 
Bahay Artisano’s standard check-in time is at 2:00pm and standard check-out time is 12 noon.
Early check-in at 12 noon/late check-out at 2:00 pm requests may be accommodated, provided that Bahay Artisano is available at the time of check-in/check-out. The team cannot provide prior commitments as it is subject to availability.

For check-in between 8:00 am to 12 noon, a half-day charge will be imposed while early check-in before 8:00 am is considered a 1-night full charge.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
Please note that a Php 10,000.00 per night (Max. Php 30,000.00) incidental CASH deposit is required to cover potential charges during your stay. This amount is refundable if not fully utilized.

INCIDENTAL EXPENSES THRESHOLD
At Bahay Artisano, we do not ask our guests to leave their credit cards for running tabs. However, we have set a limit for incidental expenses. Once an open tab reaches Php 40,000.00, guests are required to settle their bill in order to reset the limit and access additional services and offerings.

BAHAY ARTISANO EXTERNAL GUEST POLICY
​We welcome your guests to Bahay Artisano with delight. Please limit the number of non-staying guests to a maximum of three (3) pax. External guests are only allowed from 10:00 am until 11:00 pm, exceeding the allowed time will result in additional head charges (Php 5,400.00 VAT and SC inclusive). Kindly register and provide guest names in advance through your dedicated concierge.

Strictly NO unregistered guests allowed. Non-compliance or dishonesty from guests may result to a penalty or additional head charges.

This means that even if there are less than four (4) guests staying, they cannot freely substitute anyone without proper declaration and registration as this is a breach to Bahay Artisano’s security and safety.​

Only registered guests listed in the Guest Information Sheet (GIS) are permitted to stay overnight. Any additional guests not listed in the GIS will be charged an additional fee.
Services such as van transport, housekeeping, or other guest assistance will be charged separately for non-registered guests.

COMMUNITY RATES
Who is eligible for community rates?
As part of the benefits offered to the Kalye Artisano Community, the KA Community Discounted Rates are exclusively available to the following individuals:

• Tenants of Kalye Artisano
• Parents and staff of The Earth School

Please note that the community rate discount will not apply if the community member is not booked as a staying guest.

COMPLIMENTARY STAYS AND SERVICES
No Complimentary Stays or Services Without Prior Approval.
​Complimentary stays, transportation, or services must be pre-approved in writing by the management.
This applies to all circumstances, including flight cancellations. We are not liable for flight cancellations, and room rates will still apply even if guests don’t make it on the intended day of booking.

SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is strictly prohibited at Bahay Artisano as it is built with light materials. Violation of this policy may result in penalties (Penalty: Php 10,000.00).

PET POLICY
Pets are not allowed on the premises to ensure a comfortable and allergen-free environment for all guests.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
Illegal drugs and prohibited items are strictly forbidden on the premises.

DAMAGE CLAUSE/ BREAKAGE POLICY
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during the stay. Bahay Artisano reserves the right to charge the guest for the cost of necessary repairs or replacement of damaged/broken items. Any incidents should be reported immediately.

EVENTS AT BAHAY ARTISANO
For events, meetings, or parties, advance booking is required, and separate payment is necessary. Kindly contact the management or approach your dedicated concierge for more information.
